Northern Minnesota just got 10 inches of the stuff a few days ago and Duluth flooded out. Closed US 61 from there to the border. A wek earlier it was the south half of the state and 9 inches and floods. If it wasn't rain it was tornadoes or high winds or flash floods or? more like the bloody monsoon season than the start of summer!
