(picks up speed before ripping off his mask, stopping abruptly, and tripping Hiyu, dropping his mask and booty on the fallen lad before running into the darkness)
DCS Guard: (springs in front of Hiyu from an underground passage from the building beside him, pointing an ionizer directly at him) Don't move, thief! (picks up communicator) I just caught a petty thief. Be back with him in a sec. Over. (ends communication, turns back to Hiyu) Get up, kid- and don't try anything!
