MILINET: Resp "Retired Military ARE Subject to UCMJ

Of course, we retired officers are subject to the UCMJ. but under limited
circumstances - committing an offense on a military installation, or
disclosing classified information without authorization. As for speaking out
on the war, unless they advocate mutiny by the troops, I see no possible
charge.
