That kid looks like he understands the music and the rythm and the beat at such young age .....

"You are the sun ....
I am the moon ....

You are the words ....
I am the tune.

Play me .... "

good thanks Roxi. I have been on a health diet. My doctor thinks I am amazing because I have got my diabetes under control, my cholesterol has come down two points (in two months) and I have lost 10 kilos. (around 23lbs) happy.gif So.....yes I am good!! Also my little grandson Ezra continues to amaze me and bring joy into my life.

Best wishes

I'm always working on my cholesterol, but still take a statin. I've gone back to eating some fishes to see if that controls my triglycerides, and maybe brings my b.p. down a little. Is your diet a famous one?

I had never heard of it, but I'll keep it in mind if the fishies don't do the trick. I think my bp medicine has something to do with my elevated TGs, too, but if I can get things under control maybe I can drop that.

Fewer meds rather than more. Pipe dream ... pass the pipe.

famous....just really really strict! Mostly whole grains, brown rice, cous cous, legumes etc. and veges. Little bit of fruit. No tomatoes, citrus, meat just a little bit of fish. I got it from a natural health doctor who cured himself of Hodgkinsons Lymphoma. He uses food as medicine...no pills or potions involved. I think it is worth it to get the results I have. I just don't have anything in the house that I'm not allowed to eat. My self control isn't that good!! lol

Take care Roxi
