On a search for a PHP script (it's about time for me to learn php) I came across a JS-smilie code....

they didn't use document.ALL.message for their script, they used instead

document.forms[0].message.value...etc

I grapped it and tested with Mozilla-browser, Opera, my editor and also online, and - what a surprise -
we can add now smilies with these browsers, too.

The bad news.. you have to re-write your generator-page, Mr.Pip

I've used forms[] on a few scripts before... its never occurred to me to use them here

aaand.. it too works in some other scripts... my quote-prompt, your mailer-default-checker...

css: cursor:hand is not known by others than IE. I now write cursor:pointer. woof
textarea { overflow:auto } remove the scrollbars if not needed there (same for body )
