Race-offs were effectively done with anyway. Coaches were working together to avoid the ridiculous cost to the athletes - a good thing.
And, the current system is athlete centered vs the old one which was a glorified job interview for the coach. (btw, blake supports the current model and pushed for it years ago).
Nationals is run by DBC, not businesses.
