Organizing Committee for the GWN Challenge

Firstly, on behalf of the Organizing Committee for the 13th Annual GWN Dragon Boat Challenge, we would like to congratulate all of the teams who participated this year. As you might imagine, the shift from Ontario Place to Marilyn Bell was not an easy one. The lack of permanent infastructure at Marilyn Bell added all sorts of new challenges that we were able to take for granted at Ontario Place. However, when all was said and done, the racing took place on a course that was more technically sound and we are ultimately thrilled with the decision to move the event.
Our goal for the 14th annual GWN Challenge (September 7th and 8th, 2008), is to build on this year's success and improve the event and overall experience where possible.
We have been receiving lots of great feedback and would encourage you to post you thoughts on everything from the racing, the venue, the entertainment, the sponsors, the layout and anything else you want to comment on as we get to work planning next year's Challenge.
