Orange juice is a great mixer with Vanilla flavoured powders, of which ISO Whey by Interactive Nutrition is my favourite. |

Is there any concerns with mixing soy protein (soy milk) and whey protein? Are they both compatable when they hit your belly? |

There is some concern these days that unfermented Soy products like Soy milk are not good for men as they contain a "plant estrogen".
If you're a guy, you might not want to load up on Soy milk, but stick to fruit juice, regular milk or water with your whey powder.
Might be a bunch of baloney, but that's up to you to research and decide. |

I prefer skim milk with vanilla whey, tastes like ice cream...yummmy!!! |

I use cup of water, 10 cubes of Ice, and whatever frozen fruits you have in season. Makes a yummy smoothie.
And I like yo use Whey Gourmet brand |
