The Toronto Outrigger Canoe Club (T.O.C.C.)is kicking off the 2006 paddling season with an Open House on Saturday, April 22nd between 10:30am and 12 noon. We are pleased to extend an invitation to the GTA Dragon Boating community to drop by for a visit. We are based out of the Toronto Sailing and Canoe Club,(which is located on Lakeshore Blvd.W., between the Boulevard Club and the Argonaut Rowing Club).
This no-cost Open House is an opportunity to learn about our Club and the sport of Outrigger paddling. There will also be an opportunity to go for a paddle in our OC-6 and get some on-land paddling technique instruction on a paddling erg.
Most of our existing members are also competitive Dragon Boat paddlers and have found many benefits from training in smaller boats.
