Empty of water probably.
No water issues here in Pickering, been paddling since March. Had some great weather, lake's getting warmer, the bay is almost warm enough to swim in...

LOL about the "in the rain" comment...um you are going to get wet anyway so whats the diff? Dress appropriately and it matters not what Mother Nature is dishing...speaking of which, how many wore dish gloves? Brrrr
