Come paddle with Fairport Aquatic Club this Saturday, May 13.
Fairport Aquatic Club is a non-profit club only interested in advancement of paddling sports in Southern Ontario.
Our coaches and members are a mix of experienced paddlers who have successfully competed all over the world in various paddling disciplines (sprint, dragonboat, marathon, outrigger) and relative newcomers to paddling sports.
We have crews for all levels, so come out and try one of the various OC1s, OC2s, surfskis and OC6s (please bring a change of clothes and a PFD if you have one).

Open house will be held on Fairport Beach, Beachpoint Prom in Pickering, next to West Rouge Canoe Club, Saturday, May 13, Noon - 3pm.

Is it true that members must only paddle in Hungarian cut speedos?

Wow, I couldn't believe how many people were there, personally its the first time I've ever tried the 6 man boat, it was great, Why do we even race dragonboats - these are so much more fun.

That was a lame attempt at trying to stir up shi&. Their were many people out trying the boats and many were dragonboaters and it loked like everyone had fun, lets leave it at that... CHEERS

I was there and had a great time. Fun was had by everyone. Thanks all for making it a great day. I am sure both Fairport and West Rouge recieved a lot of interest from new members.
