For a festival who got crucified because of the last year's stormy weather and shortened event, they are still doing pretty good with 60 teams.

It's a good venue and normally is well run. Afterall, it wasn't their fault that Hurricane David decided to show up halfway through the day.

Yeah but it was their fault they switched to a cut rate event provider.

They switched to Lively last year to cut costs. Part of that deal includes local oragnizers doing a lot of things themselves. IMO you get what you pay for. But hey, maybe it really was just the weather... we'll see.
