Woodstock is looking to hire two good steerspeople for our Festival on August 11th. These steers will be responsible for leading our fearless, local teams through the day to be the best that they can be. They will need to be experienced in handling novice teams (and the boat) and communicating effectively.

They will report to the steersperson co-ordinator for their team assignments as the day progresses.

They must not be steering for any team currently entered in the festival as we need full flexibility to use them when we need.

Time commitment is from 8:00 am - 5:00pm August 11th.

I was AT Pickering. I sat 10-right, and that bastard in the second photo was my steer. 'Sonofabitch gored the **** out of me. The wounds are still healing. LOOK at 'im... stuffing his face. What the **** does HE care, he's a STEER, fer Chrissake!

Frankly, he wasn't that great, either. Sure, he held the boat straight, 'cause he had the strength, but he the oar almost slipped out of his hooves, like, what, three times, I think.

Also, I couldn't understand a God damned thing he was saying. What an *******.

I hate that bastard.

Cannot tell from photos if they are steers or bulls. Of course , in Dragon Boating we get a lot of bull with the steers.
