I've used Peter Buday before for this. He has a fleet of 2nd gen Hody OC-1s for rental (with lesson) and he is willing to drive them around to various GTA waterways. I don't have his contact info, but you can google his business Outrigger Performance Advantage to get more info. Otherwise, I know there is someone else that has a fleet of 1st gen Hody OC-1s for rent also - not sure who that was though. and Mike Fekete I believe also has some OC-1s for rent.

They do mostly stand up boards now but do outrigger clinics and coaching
There is a pretty active OC community in the GTA. Check out these links for more info. If you are dragonboater wanting to try OC1 for the first time, your best bet is probably OPA / Pete. If you want to try OC 6 for the first time and you don't belong to TSCC, Fairport, or Outer Harbour DBC, try Wai Nui.
The Rouge was a flatwater canoe club, they are now trying to be a outrigger and dragonboat club. They mainly focus on the 35 year old start up paddlers. Great for the beginer.
