I live in Cumbria, England,UK. but I search for my birth father/his family. My original story is on http://www.project-roots.com/weirj.html although since that was published I have found that the ID number is wrong and I really wonder whether he 'inflated' his rank to impress my mother, also I am trying every message board that I come across.I had a military researcher help me with that side and after a few years and a lot of emails, money, etc. later,he 'drew a blank'.
