researching price family descendants of late rev. alfred and mrs. jean maclaren price buried in guelph and stouffville ,ont. in 1970 and 1999.
children were david price and lorna gwisniewz/wisniewz of vancouver as of 1970. grandchildren were: cheryl;robert and possibly sylvia price(davids' children).
alfred and his half brother charles norman (my grandfather) were sent to canada with barnardos as part of the "british home children"scheme. their deserted mother had them put into care as she was unable to provide for them.but an older brother william was adopted by an elderly lady in eastbourne,sussex.england where they were all born.
