You MUST quarantine Georgio, regardless of where you get your koi. I am surprised that you are still taking risks with all the problems you have been experiencing. It would be fair enough introducing new fish to an empty, well cleaned out pond but to introduce new fish without quarantine into a populated pond is asking for trouble.
If you lose fish in quarantine it can only be either stress caused by the move, stress or disease caused by conditions in the QT (Quartantine Tank must be spot on for water quality etc) or simpy becuase the fish are harbouring disease or parrasites. In all cases other than those caused by inadeqaute QT facilities, the Koi present a real risk to your other koi. Keep your fingers crossed!
I know I am having a bit of a go at you about this but it is most important that you realise quarantine should be as essential an element in your set-up as regular water changes are to your pond.
