Ok this may be a dumb ? but why are so many people putting a concrete base in there ponds? I am in the middle of a build I just finnished the dig of a 20 X 14 X 5 foot pond I will be starting the finnishing work on the hole in the next couple of days also has any one used a concrete rim under the edge of there liner to support the coping rocks I dont want the weight to slowly cave in the edge of the pond after all the hard work
