Thank you for that. I have read an old article in Koi Pond & Garden about fibreglassing. The cost of a liner and Class A engineering bricks and other stuff that goes with it. I have desided to fibreglass the inside.
As you may have read I am a novis when it comes to Koi ponds. Could you tell me does the bottom drain supply the filter and if so does it need to be in 110mm pipe depending on the filter. Also I have read the filter should have 30% area of your pond surface. This all sounds a bit rocket scientist. I wanted to go for a pressurised system or do all koi pond owners go for gravity feed because of low maintence. And finally should I fit a venturi or just buy a air pump?????
