Personally I suspect I would use one pump and "T off ", what flowrates and pipe lengths are you thinking of? How are you going to round the corners, that's some odd angles you will have? I havent seen bends other than 90's or 45's, two 90's would give you any angle you want with a change in height. If you T off a single line then I would think about trying to build the return plumbing as a loop like a "ring main", if done as a "spur" then you may well have significantly differing flowrates through each return.
