what do i need

by

1)what is your rough budget
2)i would use a bottom drain 4" but step it down to 3" pipe work this will give a quicker water flow though it this will stop sediment building up in the pipework plus a 3" slide valve is a lot cheaper than a 4"
3)do you intend using a liner
4)you can get a good fibreglass multibay filter for £300 to £400 but i do recomend the nexus if your budget will stretch that far
5)an aquamax pump will be a good pump to run as these are cheap to run and can be used out of the pond
6)you will also need a uv to keep the water clear
7)i also run ozone on my pond for superb water clarity and to keep disease down but you need a mortgae for these
