I was just wondering....It seems that whenever I see pictures of koi for sale, meaning they are probably being shown looking their best, they are usually shown in one of those portable blue containers. Whenever I see koi in a pond the pond always seems to be black. WHy not have the pond a swimming pool color? (light blue or white) Or would it just turn black/green from algae anyway?
