Have you taken the impellor and rotor out of the actual 'body' of the pump and washed the rotor off and the cavity in the pump body out.
I must say I was impressed by their service too. My Titan died at 2years + and I sent them an image of proof of purchase via email. I had a new pump on my doorstep either the following working day or the next working day.
