Suggest you read through this including the Q&A pages and then ask specific questions. It would take several pages to answer your question fully.
These pages are intended to give you the basic ideas on what to do bearing in mind there are several ways to do the same thing. If you then have questions I will add them to the Q&A pages to help others.
