i am currently constructing a koi pond 12 x 10 x 6 and left labourers to pour my base when i went on holiday so that the builder could construct my walls, when i arrived home all looked well, face bricks finished and on the outside looking nice, until i walked over to the pond to discover they hadn,t installed the bottom drain!!, my concrete base is 10" thick, what would be the best way for me to overcome this hiccup? Any advice would be greatly accepted, thanks.
