If you havn't backwashed your bead for that amount of time the beads will have gelled,in other words become a solid mass which will also cause major fish health problems soon.
I'm not familiar with that make of bead filter but this is what you need to do,if you can get access to the internals you will find the beads as I said earlier a solid mass break them up with a stick or use your hands with gloves if possible,if you can't do that and your bead has an air agitation system just keep doing it several times and keep backwashing.
I run a Challenger bead filter and backwash it everyday in the warm season and at least 3 times a week in winter.
