PH levels etc...

Having finally bought a testing kit, I took the following measurements today.

Readings are all between the chart colours, so I have erred a little on the high for each.

PH - Home tap water Supply 7.0
PH - Pond 7.8

Nitrite 0.3

Nitrate 15

Ammonia 0.15


How do these figures compare with target levels?? Apart from the PH, they all seem to be on the low end of the charts supplied with the test kit.


I wil most likely monitor levels on a weekly basis and see where the levels go.
