Is your water flow rate through the Nexus correct according to EAs recommendation ?
Do you perhaps have too much air going into your bio chamber ?
Do you perhaps have too much K1 ?
Have you stopped or reduced feeding while the levels are high ?
If the Nexus/K1 is new, did you soak your K1 in potassium permanganate prior to set up so that the bacteria can colonise the K1 more easily ?
