Hi Sean
If you have returns sticking out of the wall, Then Kieths idea of the bend and the piece of pipe above water level is the best route to go down (And cheapest). If on the other hand your returns are flush with the wall and can not get anything to fix onto this then these pipe stoppers might do the trick.
