I filled the hollow blocks using Wicks water proofer in the mix. Sucking water from under the base for a couple of weeks allowed it to be rendered and then had to put fan heater in the bottom which did not help a lot until I tried the fan heater with a de-humidifier. Ran this combo for a week (still with pump running) and John (Paragon Plastics of Bedford) fiber glassed it this week for me.
Looks smashing now
