Mine have sprouted some too

Carp pox - will not affect your koi's health in a fatal manner but is unsightly and should clear when the temperatures rise, could be the case

But try and skin scrape and identify accurately if the behaviour of your fish changes - not eating, haning around returns or bottom drain
