You do not say how far you are moving the koi.

If it just to another pond in your garden or garage then you can use a koi stocking as shown here http://www.koicymru.co.uk/stocking.htm
These koi were quite old and large but there was no problem.

If you are moving them to another house then you will need to use plastic bags as shown here http://www.koicymru.co.uk/pro11.htm
You will not need any oxygen if it is a short journey.

You could give them a very light dose of anesthetic, but I would certainly not recommend this especially with elderly koi. If your fish are in good health then you should have no problems.
Make sure the temperature of each pond is exactly the same, and the water conditions are similar. If the pond water is good then you could add some of this to the temporary pond.
If there is a difference then you should float the fish in a plastic bag in the temporary pond for 20 to 30 minutes.
