Hi can anyone help I have a large koi that has developed two patches of raised scales one is just behind the pectoral fin on the right side this is the larger of the two it is approximately one and a half inches across and an inch deep the other is on the left side just before its tail and is just a few scales across and deep there was some redness I have tried adding salt over a three day period at one pound of salt to 100 gallons of pond water and have now started gradual water changes that I will continue to do over the next fourteen days the redness seems to have subsided but the scales are still standing proud of the body has anyone any idea what this is or what could have caused it ? And is their anything more I can do
