Assuming you have a very high water table, then for now & the future
you may need to dig a sump hole near your pond and fit a pump with
a float switch in it so that hopefully any ground water in the area will naturally flow into the hole and the pump will turn itself on & off and
pump the hole down enough so that your fibreglass pond doesn't float!
Perhaps something like a plastic barrel sunk into the ground with lots
of holes drilled in it so that the water flows in. Then of course cover
it with something safe/ornamental to hide it.
Do you have nearby drain to pump into ?
