Re: Walls

Cheers mate. I did lay awake last night and things were going through my mind about the water pressure etc, and I have already decided to go the 9 inch route.
Already got the base ready to take the concrete (got to mix myself due to no access to the back)
Its framed up to take 7 inch'e of concrete at the edges, and I was going to make my strickle with a 1.5 inch taper down to the drains. Just sorting the drains out which is a bit confusing at the minute. No sure what piping to use (is guttering pipe ok, with the joint solvent welded?) I need to read up a bit more on this before I make a mistake
The walls will be underground by a foot, then raised by 3 foot. Like I say I'm going to clad the outide in decking, then put a pergola over the top, with decking all around. I already have a 15 ft x 6 ft by 3ft pond across the patio (which is decked) and a bridge over this will join the new decked area, Well, thats my plan. I/m taking photo's of the project, so in a few months you might be able to see..........and laugh....lol
