thankyou so much andy for the advice, i will almost definatly do for a bottom drain now... im still a little bit confused about how the filtration systems work (mainly get confused with names, its all alien to me) but what you said did help me understand a bit more. Im just taking a look at that link you gave me now, will check out that flow diagram, it sounds like it will be very helpfull.
