bottom drain

hi all just billt new pond it is about 10f x 4 x 4 want to put in a bottom drain want to place it in the midale of pond
Q: got a pressure filter can I put a tube in side the big one to suck out all waste as i have sloped all sides to midale.
ps just started makeing insert for pipe
do u think this will work thank you
