With dims of 2000 x 1500 x 914mm then I think this gives
approx 610 UK gallons assuming these are internal dimensions.
With such a small volume of water then assume you only intend
to keep a few koi or goldfish ?
Is it really necessary to build a full blown concrete/block
structure for this tiny size ?
What about building a std liner pond with perhaps a concrete collar if say
ground level was required or use railway sleepers if an out of the
ground pond was needed. May be cheaper & easier considering the size.
If not then a 6" concrete base may be OK depending upon your ground conditions.
Rebar can be included in the mix or you can use fibres........
