It's been 72 hours since my last cigarette. The nicotine has left my system and the physical addiction has been flushed out.

But now comes the hard part. Getting through the day drinking coffee by itself. Writing late at night. Video games. The cursory smoke before and after meals and class. First thing in the morning. On the crapper. In the shower. After lights out, in bed, out the window.

God I hate Mondays.
