I am so sorry I was remiss in checking this board sooner....as you can see no one had posted at all in the over a year that it was up.
But that is quite ok, I do not mind.
I am so glad that you found a few things to help you, it is so very hard to find information that pertains to our special situation, and at times we feel like we are the only ones who have these problems.
