the Henegar center for performing arts is one place i know of for sure that is "haunted".... or at least there is something there. I have a real good hunch about this place. When i was a little younger i took acting classes there, and i always felt something strange about the place. I really dont know anything else about it than that... but trust me, im not the only one who thinks it.
