      Trygve-- this is YOUR forum, so I'll leave the "rights" to publish it in YOUR ballcourt. Here's what I suggest, though.

      I can make a hardcopy printout of the posts in this forum, punch 3 holes and wrap in cellophane, suitable for shipping to anyone who would like to then install the pages in a 1" wide 3-ring binder. This "booklet" will be useful to those who would like to study the details of this case.

      Of course, basic costs would have to be covered and I would suggest easy transactions be conducted via e-gold or something similar that is net based.
