Hi all, we would just like to inform everyone that after 6 days of hospital visits, Jana underwent laproscopic surgery first thing this morning and had a Ectopic pregnancy and one of her Fallopian tubes removed. The surgery took 2 hours and jana is home with me know because she is hardcore. For those that dont know, an Ectopic pregnancy is when there is a baby forming but not in the womb, it was still in the fallopian tube, it will continue to form there but it cannot survive and if the fallopian tube ruptures, it can kill the carrier. The tube was not ruptured but there was some bleeding so its very good that we caught it in time and got it sorted as quickly as we did. In my eyes Jana was so brave as i am shit scared of a single needle, let alone surgery and ofcourse i love her to peices. I know we lost a very early forming child, and as much as that sucks, it was caught very early and we both feel fine about this loss. We hadn't really been trying for a baby, but ofcourse if one came along that was great too. Jana has 4 holes in her belly and has been told to take off work for a month. I told her no star jumps, no cartwheels and definately no break-dancing!
So, sorry for getting everyones hopes up, but its no ones fault, sometimes life punches you in the face and you just have to heal the wounds.
We are in good spirits but ofcourse if you want to say something, thats cool!
Thanks for being so nice everyone, its much appreciated. I just thought i better post this as some posters here have heard news and should be updated.
Cheers all
