Dates are confirmed, and the band has booked the tickets to the UK. It has been a long and hard struggle to get this band here, but finally I am pleased to announce that the mighty Martyrdod are going to be playing just five gigs in the UK. This is with a view that they will be here later in the year to tour Scotland, Ireland, and England.
The tour will start on the 9th March in London at the Swan, 10th March in Leeds although Luke has yet to give me the venue details!!, 11th March in Boston at the Indian Queen, 12th in Bristol at the Junction, 13th March in London at the Grovesnor,a half-dayer (Brixton). Flyblown will be supporting these gigs apart from Leeds, its a fuckin work day for us.
I know that many from further up north will be disappointed with the fact that they are not travelling further north. I am sorry to say that I have had to organise the tour to make it financially viable for the band, ie they cover their costs.
Other bands that will be coming here this year from Sweden that I am organising, To what end? Ambulance, Victims, Bruce Banner, Henry Fiats Open Sore, Diskonto, Avskum, Martyrdod, Kontrovers.
