Penance, watching, looks shocked.
Penance: Did they say they are need Stamford?
Cartman: Didn't you hear him? Why did you ask that?
Penance: Damn, damn, DAMN! We got to stop them!
Cartman: Uh, why?
Penance: Don't you see? It was Stamford back in my world where it all happened.
Captain America: Oh yes, when you and your friends fight off the villains Nitro, Cobalt Man, Speedfreak, and Coldheart, not the Care Bears one, unprepared and then Nitro blew up and killed off three of the New Warriors Night Thrasher, Namorita, and Microbe, the three villains accompanying Nitro, and over 600 civilians, among them 60 children. That started the Civil War on your world as well as Gourai's rise.
Penance: Yes. History is in danger of repeating itself.
Chef: We don't know that for sure.
Mr. X: (grimly) I don't know about that. Ever since the Millennium Force's first appearance as well as the East India Trading Company putting bounties on the heroes' heads, the Neo-Earth Kingdom is thinking about making the Superhero Registration Act.
Captain America: Tony told you about that, didn't he?
Mr. X: Precisely. So far he and some of the opposing forces managed to keep it at bay. If history does repeat itself.
Merlin: Hold on. Let's see what I can sense in the future...
Merlin mumbled a bit while closing his eyes. The others watch as he does this. Suddenly the magician's eyes open as he gasp in horror.
Merlin: Oh dear lord! The New Warriors are going to Stamford! History is indeed in danger of repeating itself here like on the Neo Earth X! This world will have no future if the events happen in Stamford as is the upcoming Civil War!
Mr. X: Homebase, alert everyone! We got to get to Stamford and stop the New Warriors before they cause Nitro to blow up!
Homebase: Roger!
During the fighting in Samford a man with white hair and blue armor appered and set his eyes on Nitro.
????: Which one of you is Nitro?
Nitro: Who the hell are you?!
????: My name is not important I'm here to stop for your actions would start a tragedy. The Star Gaurdians has forseen this and has seen me to aide to the Neo Outsiders to pervent this.
The Young man pull out a helbert as he begin and glow in White Light.
?????: This is your end, in the name of god I'll vanqsih you!
Nitro: You mean the South Park Version?
?????: No you fool I'm talking about the real one not something that been made up to look like him.
The young man rushes towards Nitro and lands a punch right into his face and as Nitro was sent flying the young man kick him like a football sending him off the planet and now out in space the young man began attacking Nitro with his Helbert from all sides before sending right into a meteorite.
Nitro: What are you?
?????: I'll make sure you'll not cause him to this Planet.
Meanwhile, with the heroes, the gang arrived to Samford, though they stopped briefly after noticing a familiar (to the obvious) figure lying on the ground, unconscious.
Sora: Who's this?
Miyako and Swiper looked concerned (with worried looks) as the group looked concerned at the unconscious Kid.

Fighting noises are heard nearby.
Captain America: Looks like the New Warriors has start things without us. I hope we are not too late.
Penance: We gotta put a stop to this before Nitro blows up.
Mr. X: Some of us, help this girl. The rest, follow me.
Most of the gang did as all but the twelve, Courage, Shirly, Chris, and the dumb bots remind behind.
Delete: (shakes The Kid) Hello?
Chris: Hey, Kid?
The Kid groans as she wakes up and sees the group.
The Kid: Huh? Wait...(sees Courage and Shirly) I remember you two...
Shirly: Kid, what...
Grievous: Ahem! May I asked who are you?
The Kid: (gasps) Conner!
The Kid jumped up and tried to attack Grievous who just blocks her.
The Kid: I don't know how you got out of that cell but you and your stupid cult will pay for capturing me and Fucsia and Leo!
Future June: Fucisa? Who is she?
The Kid: (noticed) Huh? You looked like Fucsia...
Chris: Kid, it's okay. Just calm down.
The Kid looks worried as she gets out a familiar looking locket.
The Kid: Leo...please...I hope you're all right.
In a familiar room, the New Matrianica sneezed a bit.
New Matrianica: Damn this room. It's too cold, but the Higher Devil King insist it to be so...
Back in the fight, the New Warriors are fighting off Cobalt Man, Speedfreek, and Coldheart. Just then Kappa Mikey jumps in and blast at Cobalt Man.
Kappa Mikey: Mind if we cut in?
Speedball: Hey, who ask you guys to interfere our show?
Captain America: Speedball, just be lucky we're here! Avengers Assemble!
Thor fires lightning at Speedfreek who yelps as he barely dodged the lighytning.
Speedball: Okay, who call these guys in? I coulda sworn I said 'screw it' with the suggestion earlier.
Night Thrasher: Don't look at me. I didn't call them in.
Namorita: Neither did I.
Penance looks at Night Thrasher, Namorita, and Microbe. He sighs sadly under his helmet.
Penance: (thinking) Dwayne, Namorita, Zachary...it's my fault you got killed back in the Stamford in my world. I will not let that happen here.
Penance sees Coldheart about to strike Speedball down but the hero managed to smack the villainess into the road.
Speedball: Okay, who are you? You're the Penance guy who work with the Thunderbolts, right?
Penance: Just be glad I'm here. You must leave the experts to handle this. Otherwise, your actions will cause a tragedy that will make the planet suffered all because of your want for ratings.
Speedball: Uh...look, I'm just trying to get the reality show back on its feet after Nova's departure, okay? No biggie.
Penance: It is a biggie!!
Suddenly the group turns and sees Nitro falling from the sky crashing into the ground.
Penance: Like that?
Nearby, Nitro fixes his jaw and groans in annoyance.
Nitro: Damn it. Whoever that punk is has a mean hit. Luckily, I got him to hit me back here.
????: (appearing) A mistake I will not make again.
Nitro: Face it, pal! You're just a rookie compare to me! You're messing with the big boys now!
Sailor Vegeta: Vegeta Power Blitz!
Nitro got hit into a tree by this attack as some of the heroes arrived.
Matt: What? (noticed the man) Hey, who are you?
????: I am here to prevent the Stamford Tragedy from happening here like on Neo-Earth X. The Superhero Registration Act will not happen on this world.
Inez: Thank goodness we got an ally though I have no idea who he is.
