I got an idea for a fan-fiction: Did anyone seen the comic books "Kingdom Come" or "Earth X", which is made by Alex Ross? Well, his comics gave me a idea for this. All the WB characters are in involved in this.
The story:
Imagine a future where what's right is now wrong. A future where Toons are either remember or forgotten.
Although in this future, it isn't a happy one. Some Toons are being hunted down by an evil madman who wants them dead. As their and mankind's fate is in the balance, it's all up to one man not from this world.
Characters:
The Animaniacs
The Warner Brothers and their sibling Dot has decided to cause trouble throughout the cosmos. So they hijacked a spaceship and made off for space. When they returned a few years later, the world isn't as they left it. It's difficult to cause trouble now because they would soon be hunted: both for hijacking the ship and for being toons...
Bugs Bunny
He is the remaining source of laughter for the world, since right now, he along with his buddies are being hunted by a man who doesn't understand them. The "wascally wabbit" will try everything in his power to make him understand. Toons' only purpose in life is make people laugh.
Freakazoid
He got the name, he got the powers, but he isn't the superhero who faught psychos in the past. His costume looks just like a freak that escaped from an asylum. His identify is totally unknown. Some people believes that he is Dexter, who returned from the dead to saved a world from a threat they never imagined. Some say it's Nightcreeper, another known freak. But no one really knows. All we know that nothing seems to hurt him. Will the villain be able to do what others has failed?
Loud and his own enemy
Loud Kiddington of Histeria! blames himself for what's happening to the other Toons. But that's not all. As he feels responsible for the 24 Hours Marathon, the attack on Washington D. C., and William Shelton once turning his friends into robots, he feels he's to blame for losts not of the other Toons. Terrible things happened: Charity Bazaar and Froggo had died, Miss Information has disappeared, and no one knows what happened to Dr. Gene Burrows in his last battle with the Histerians. But now no one cares because Loud has become what Gene once was: a cyborg. While he did rid the world of Gene, the cost was too great. He has become his worst enemy but unlike Gene, he never attempts to do what his enemies once done. He created a piece of work, whom he called "Char". He try not to yelled at her when she was alived. It won't be difficult this time...
Beauty the Beast
Long before becoming the threat's slave, she was once a friend of Loud Kiddington. But an explosion causes her to fell into a vat off acid. She survived, but turned into a half beauty, half beast. She knew that she'll never see her family again, but will this guy changed all that...?
The Toon Emperor
A villain responsible for hunting down the Toons, he wants himself and his minions to be the only funny guys standing. He was responsible for the destruction of many cartoon studios in his attempts to do so. He also has a mind control power so if he wants to, he can control a Toon and make him or her serve him. Did I mentioned he's also a kid? The Toons will have trouble on their hands (or claws, or whatever...)
This is as far as I can go. Remember this is an alternative future, so don't freak out. (especially BB.)

The Tasmanian Devil & Little Brother
The Tasmanian Devil has also been affected during the years. For he has lost his mind...literally. He now only roars and acts blindlly in rage. The only thing to keep him from going out of control is his little brother from his earlier days. Often, the boy will ride Taz who doesn't mind at all.
Harry The Cursed
A former friend of the Histerians, Harry Norman finds himself allying himself with Dr. Gene Burrows once more. Only this time, Gene made him do it out of his own free will. Gene had made a drug that turns Harry forever evil, with no cure to save him. In what would be the last battle of the Histerians, Harry in rage killed Froggo. In anger, Miss Info had put a curse on him forever burning him. It was this day that Charity had died at the hands of Dr. Gene Burrows, who had also died mysteriously that day. Forever more, Dr. Harry Norman had become Harry The Cursed. Once a trusted doctor, now a enemy for all mankind...
The Iron Toons
Some of the Toons are no more. Most are either dead, or being killed by the Toon Emperor. Loud's son, BB, was in custody of Father Time and WOW ever since his mom died. Now he is old enough, he watch over them. Knowing the Toon Emperor will strike at him since he's Loud and Charity's son and therefore will count as a Toon, he sealed himself and his friends in a iron fortress. To protect himself further, he built the Iron Toons, all with the personalities of the Late Toon and were led by former executive of WB, Mr. Sammy Melman. Sammy was saved from death at the last minute when BB transferred his brain into a robot...
Buster, the new ACME Loo Principal
Since Bugs Bunny has retired, Buster was elected to take his place. It won't be easy. Some of the Toons are rebels, who aren't willing to listen to anything the teachers say. To make matters worse, the Toon Emperor has target this school for annihilation. Buster now finds himself dealing with two problems ever since his split-up with Babs so long ago. She has since gotten married. He and his vice-principal Fifi LaFume are the only ones not married. Will these see to each others' pain?
Brainess Supreme
Ruth, The Brain's second partner, knows more of the taking-over-the-world thing than the Brain ever does. She manages to escaped being captured by the Toon Emperor and his minions and also managed to work on her world domination unnoticed. She found a strange decipher about a physical power, once that might help her take over the world. How about the Brain himself, you might ask? Pinky, Ruth's new only partner, wanders about himself, for the smart mouse was killed unexpectnely by an unknown attacker. And for some reason, Ruth refuses to investigate...
The Road Rovers
The times didn't changed this super-dog team. It crippled them. Since the show cancellation, the once-proud team had decided to call it quits and disbanded, going with their owners whose elections had ended. Hunter-the former leader-remembered what's like in the old days, when he and his other friends go against Parvo or any other threat that threaten the world. Now with the Toon Emperor causing trouble, he may calls on new dogs for help, though it may be difficult since the man he once called "Master" is now dead...
The Plucky Duck Family
Plucky Duck has recently married his long-time love, Shirley the Loon and he wouldn't be happier than ever. Once a star-crazen duck, Shirley's way have changed him. Thanks to her psychic powers, they have birthed twins, named Looney and Tuney. The family is still happy than ever, but will the Toon Emperor changed all that?
The Voodoos
In order to stop the Toon Emperor's attacks, Shirley the Loon has created voodoos versions of her fellow toons. Like puppets, they followed her every commands and often enforced it mercilesslly...
The New Goodfeathers
The childrens of the original Goodfeathers, they find themselves hunted down by the Toon Emperor. They often go to the GodPigeon's grave, often to find out what to do. They might help stop the villain, if they ever stopped fighting that is...
Cinnamon
The daughter of Toast and Pepper Mills, had become infected with a virus that turns her from wild and wacky into nasty and hateful. Fortunately she didn't dies from it, so she's safe. The problem is, it distincts herself from her father, who been single never since her mother died. She is a walking question mark on whom side she will be on in the battle to come. One thing for sure, her father knows she will handled it viciously.
Muldoon the Man
Muldoon had come a long way since being forced to be in Dr. Gene Burrows' army. Now he became a servant of the Toon Emperor. Why? Because of the strange power he had received during an explosion. He is able to cast illusions on his others making them see things that aren't there. For some reason, he had an attatchment to fellow slave, Beauty The Beast, but his attempts had often failed. He wore a robe, for his body is now scarred and ugly to look at.
Baloney the Annoying Dinosaur
With the cartoon studios now destroyed, people looks for other way for laughter. One in particular: Baloney. With his annoying laughter and whatever, people started to find him funny. This makes him a target for the Toon Emperor, who wants all Toons dead...
The Toast
Let face it. Since Pepper died, Toast became a wreck. Not only that, Froggo died, MTV was forced to closed down, Baloney became a funny idol, and his daughter became nasty and untrust worthy. He sometimes wonder if he becomes a superhero again, but always gives it up. Will it be difference now?
The Unknown WB Character
Since the beginning, creators had thought up some incredibly toons. One was rejected by the boss because of what he is, but since he never starred in a cartoon, he is called The Unknown WB Character. He is a man who comes from space to visit Earth...and annoy the heck of them. Because he was rejected, he perished. His afterlife faith? Unknown. But now he has come back. But is it to help the Toons or is it because of...something else?
Viewing this and other events, is a man from the Real World. His name is....ah, but that will be spoiling it!
Jeez and you of all the people who complained about the darkness in Robert's stories did this! This was probably as dark or even darker than the "24" series.
Anyways its not a terrible idea. (Though are Loud & Toast the only ones still alive or something?)
Anyways if your doing this I hope you do an extra good job on it. Doing a serious Histeria fic can be a lot of trouble and robert is so far the only one that truly knows how to do it quite right. (But don't feel insulted if I had tried to this I probably would end up doing it far worse.)
So as much as I feel iffy about this...it would be fine with me if you really want to go through with it. Who knows perhaps you'll make a truly goof fic about it.
JusSonic, you've actually turned out to be a lucky guy because now I'm more anxious to see you write this thing. I'll admit, not even I, the guy who wrote stories you were too creeped out to read again, would never think of this, people less nicer than me could call you a hypocrite. But I can't come to that conclusion until we see how it's written. In my stories despite all my unpleasent stuff I put in several comedy bits and satires, I assume you'll have to do the same before you creep yourself out. But then again, you wrote the Evil H! stories and in one of them had someone stab themselves to death, so maybe you're better at stomaching this stuff than we think.
This fan-fiction idea is not only based on Earth X or Kingdom Come, but it is also based on robert's fan-fiction, "Toons and Doom." So not only the Histeria! cast are involved, but so are their WB colleagues. They included the cast of: Animaniacs, Tiny Toons Adventures, Looney Tunes, Freakazoid, Tazmania, Road Rovers, as well as the first appearance of The Unknown WB Character.
Also some people from the 24 Hours series are involved too: Beauty the Beast (formerly Sally [I think that was her name!] from 24 Hours), Muldoon the Man (formerly Muldoon also from Another 24 Hours) and of course, Harry The Cursed (formerly, you guess it, Dr. Harry Norman). I don't when or if I will get to this story idea. But if and when I do, well in the of Charity Bazaar (Don't worry, this story takes place in an alternative future. She's still here.): "I am not happy."
Well I got 6 dragonballs and if I find the 7th dragonball, I will call on the Dragon and wish Pepper back to life. Since the new eps. of DBZ is here, the new Internal Dragon will grant you 2 wish each. The first will bring Cinnamon back to normal, and the other will bring Pepper back to life.
Maybe we could put the Histeria! Waltz in it. Histeria! Waltz is a time clock that assembles together. It contains, a a hour hand, a minute hand, and 12, 3, 6, and a 9. If you put it together, it come out a Waltz Goddess that grant you 3 wishes after three wishes is completed it will spread out the earth, and inside the end of time for a year.

Universe WB
Okay, it starts three years after Future WB left off. In this one, the Unknown WB Character has reborned as a child to two characters. (I won't say who but the woman would look familiar to you. It will explain where Lydia is) The toons, since the cartoon studios been destroyed, are foaming wildly causing a lot of trouble. The UWBC knew that the only way to calmed them down is to rebuild the studios. Problem is, some Toons like to roamed freely and will do anything to keep it that way--even killed the boy. But the boy isn't unguarded as he is protected by Looney Tunes legend, Bugs Bunny.
The forces are split into two--one led by Loud and the other by a creature formerly known as Blight. The creature plans to keep the Toons wildly. Loud wants to save the world. One thing for know, Unknown to the opposing leader, he is tricked and controlled by an unknown foe.
Things will happened in this story. A Toon once dead has returned to the living once more. I won't say who but let's just say she will be happy to reunited with her lover.
Viewing the events, are the trio from Future WB and the two heroes of WB: Batman Beyond and Superman. The UWBC is battling in two realms: one where his child form is now, and in the Realm of the Dead where his "other" form is now.
