He is known for creating Cy-Borg (voiced by Bruce Willis) and also introduced the Evil Histeria! universe where Loud Kiddington meets his evil self for the first time. He's the author that started it all and created famous- but mostly infamous characters that, for better or worse, made the H! cast better. Robert Dougherty started the whole continum by creating "24 Hours" which introduced the most well known fanfic character in H! history, Gene Burrows. But more notably was his doing it in a dramatic fashion and giving depth to the mostly one note characters. Still, that placed in comparasion to his next work "Another 24 Hours" which gave birth to the Loud and Charity romance and is widely considered his masterpiece. But he continued anyway with works like "Loud's Histerical Wish" "Toons and Doom" and the conclusion of the 24 saga "24 Days", set in the future. He's also not only a drama master, but a writer of self deprecating, satirical comedy, as the "Histeria Night Live" series proved.
Dougherty is an avid member of the H! Board and a poster of JusSonic's fics to the WBC Archives. He has just started to make apperances in fics himself as well, starring in a year in review special and in his latest fic "The Anniversary Guest" with Powerpuff Girls baddie Him. With his refusal to leave the Board and his continuing work in fanfics, Dougherty, despite the worry that his future works will result in even more trouble for our gang, should carry on his reputation- and making fun of it- for some time.

Probably the wildest wild card of the bunch, he's the creator of Louis B. Richardson and the one to bring one of Charity Bazaar's cutest relatives into the spotlight. Lost for new favorites in TV, and doomed without his cable from May to November, 2001, he had a hard time getting through the months following the end of Histeria! Finally, when he got the cable back, he found a new favorite to write for - "Ed, Edd 'n Eddy". He can only hope, for the WB's sake, that Pokemon remains in their schedule, or Jamie Kellner's getting one serious @$$-whoopin'! An avid supporter of Loud/Charity romances, he brought forth Marissa Bazaar so BB could have his own Charity, and thus end the wars between Loud/JusSonic and BB. Drama/Angst aren't R6's thing, he much prefers comedy, romances, and crossovers. R6 is also a resident character chaser, like BB. One of the original wild cards in the bunch (no offense R6). Whom has a strange perverse sense of humor that has been considered shocking in the past. (Remember the masturbation joke he made about Charity in tight leather? Rowr...) While his story "The Toasty Histeria Picture Show" has been greatly praised it did start on some trouble about it NOT being another Loud/Charity Story. (He doesn't hate Loud, but he didn't know that people like JusSonic were going to get a little steamed over Loud's treatment while he was writing the story at the time.) He doesn't hate Loud/Charity stories like how he once had an idea for one back in 1999. Even though known Toonzone member Dr. BELCH has made a few appearances in the board he tries to be the "replacement" of his infamous perverted humor. Also the very fact that this board is almost devoid of women has started to take its toll on him, just ask some of the other guys and they'll know. Not much is known about the Unknown Comic. Some say that he is a lab mouse involved in an intricate plan to take over the world. Fanfictions: cast reactions to After the Laughter, Histeria Music Awards, part of

Nftnat has been called the voice of reason on more than one occasion; he does
want everyone to get along, so there might be some validity to that. He has also been
labelled the historian by others who as like as not know more history than he does. His wit
is very dry, drier than the driest martini at times which is weird since he’s also a teetotaler.
This is evident on chats; you never know what he’ll say to any given line. And he’ll cite
chapter and verse for what he says. (He’s also a P.K.) On the down side, he’s a bit of a
boor, a jerk, and someone known to talk off both ears and other assorted body parts, or
would be were it not for his very low tolerance for gore. He is a notorious procrastinator;
one who puts things off, lets things slide, and generally just doesn’t deliver on his
promises. For this reason he doesn’t make too many promises.
Nftnat discovered the internet in 1996. He became serious at it in February 1999,
re-discovered Warner cartoons around the same time, joined his first fan community in
April of 2000, and debuted on toonzone in September of the same year.
That was when he read the fic that started it all, for H! fanfic and for his interest in
the show: Pinky, Histeria, and the Brain by Danielle Berse. That opened his eyes to the
possibilities in this show he had previously dismissed. After that he was watching and
taping every episode he could find, and watching the fanfic boards like a hawk for the
latest H! schtuffs from Miss B, MattMan, then-Loud Kiddington, and the inestimable Dr.
BELCH.
In May of 2001 he read of the existence of EH and hot-footed it over there. He
read what was there and started posting on the board, which crashed a month or two later.
In July the current board went up, and he’s been there off and on ever since. The one who
elsewhere is known as the professor has been generally making a pest of himself spouting
arcane trivia whenever he sees an occasion, when he could be bothered to show up here at
all.
Nftnat signalled his return to the EH community on July 13 2001 with the post It
Hits the Fan, which conveyed the cast’s reactions to their unflattering portrayals in the
critically acclaimed --- if only by Dick Soaper --- After the Laughter. Subsequent postings
came thickly and quickly. A summary of his accomplishments follow:
He toned down the randier aspects of some of his colleagues, somewhat.
He helped bring a final solution to the Triangle by reminding the membership of
Aka Pella.
He championed the relationship of Aka Pella with Froggo, thus helping secure the
end of the Triangle.
He was the first to call for the pairing of Toast with Pepper Mills, and of Mr.
Smartypants with Miss Information.
He pointed out that it would take himself, B.B., and PJS combined to fill Belchie’s
shoes.
He contacted Belchie, Miss Berse, and the creator / maintainer of the
F.R.O.G.G.O.; thus keeping the outside world reminded that Histeria fanhood was still in
existence and going strong.
He was on hand to welcome newcomers.
He was quick to give WBA history lessons.
He reached back to bygone days of the WBC, reviving long-dormant ideas for
which Hunter Greene and Amellia Arden will be forever grateful.
He contributed toward the resolution of another triangle by calling for the pairing
of B.B. with Charity’s cousin. The full extent of his involvement in this matter has yet to
be revealed to the membership.
He contributed to numerous threads, not the least of which were his tributes to
several Characters of the Week.
He stepped on a number of toes along the way.
In August of 2001 his computer at home fell victim to an electrical storm.
Undaunted, he kept up his presence on the computer at his place of employment, finding
time to post before, after, and in some cases even during business hours.
As to crushes, in the beginning he had the usual --- Bazaar, Information, Karaoke.
However, during the course of his championing the cause of Aka Pella (what about her?
what about Aka?), he found his admiration of her swelling past those of all others. That,

*Philip Scott Mitchell, copy boy at The Arkansas State University Herald (1997). He claimed Dr. BELCH plagiarized a sketch off Saturday Night Live, which he never seen and don't believe to exist, in a piece he wrote on the new TV ratings system. He contested the charges and wound up ordered into psychological counseling and forced to leave ASU. His life was ruined. Nearly six years later, the charges still haunt him every time he sit at this keyboard to write.
*Bonnie Thrasher, evil faculty advisor. Looks a lot like Mimi Bobeck from the Drew Carey Show, or like Ma Mayhem on Batman Beyond, if you can did that. She went through a lot of logistic gymnastics to protect Mitchell, despite gross violations of protocol during his hearing and a woeful lack of evidence, and was the mastermind behind a very deep coverup.
*Roger Lee, associate dean of judicial affairs. He sort of resembles an orangutan with glasses. He was Thrasher's go-to guy when he submitted my grievance. His job: shut him up and ship him out. He flagged his records, arranged both his counseling sessions, and knowingly withheld information that the second session was only a preliminary and the actual one, which he had to take to get the flag lifted, cost 500 bucks, in order to have him removed from the University. He promised to question Mitchell about the validity of his charges, but a year later when asked about that, claimed it was unneccessary. In short, he is a liar who made the mistake of siding with Thrasher against him.
