I did, and guess what? They aren't terrible. I'm going to guess you think that "Loonatics Unleashed" characters are so great and wonderful and awesome by design. Well, I have headlining news for your brain: They aren't. And a lot of kids probably learned a lot about history and got a laugh from watching this show. And they probably love it even now, when they might be in, like, high school or college. So shut it.

improper grammar doesn't automatically equal bad ideas. Niether does proper grammar signify intelligence. There are IDIOTS on the net who can use perfect grammar and not have a single good idea while those who choose to not waste time correcting every typo might have VERY GOOD ideas.

What I don't get is why that butthead Justin (forgive me, his name is now a cuss word) doesn't like Loud/Charity or Froggo/Aka! They rock my socks, and I personally cannot STAND a story where Loud/Charity and Froggo/Aka is erased from existence (no offense, but I absolutely HATE Loud/Babs, Loud/Fifi, Loud/Miss Info, Loud/Aka, or Froggo/Charity), and I don't know why he writes ****fics like those.
Well, I dont really give a f*ck what couple it is. His fanfic about Froggo/Charity going on a cruise is one of his best imo.
in all honesty, I really don't CARE about pairing characters and stuff anymore unless there are jokes I can make about it. Like Froggo/Aka. In fact THIS spawned from people pairing Froggo/Aka.
And I don't really like that pairing because I don't believe in inter-racial relationships. being friends is okay but being bf/gf i disagree with. (and ironically cus i drew many Froggo/Aka pics a while back in an attempt to get people looking at my art.)
so, i don't mind Justin making fics about other couples. (heck! I drew Loud/Froggo together as a joke and I don't even like homosexuality! lol)
but one thing I can say about Justin, he has a tendency to clump too many ideas into one paragraph making it hard to visualise and hard to read. he ought to try to separate ideas better.
We're talking Justin Lawson here. And it's not so much the different pairings I hate (although I DESPISE--no, LOATHE--no, HATE--stories where not only are Loud and Charity or Froggo and Aka not together, but they're with somebody else--except the ones that our favorite writing geniuses write. 24 Hours has a bit of L/C in there, so it's an exception), it's the fact that he screws up what JusSonic and robert have written and then tries to add it to his canon. I mean, I may have used a few of his characters (which are too awesome for me to have come up with anyway), but I will NEVER stoop as low as to screw up his canon with ****fics.
Messing things up IS fun, just in the right time and place. I love making messed up fanfics but they're not really in JusSonic/robert's continuity or whatever..
Exactly. See, my point is that it's okay to do that when you're NOT trying to intrude on the continuity of authors who didn't even give you permission to do so. And, as I said before on the main thread, when you get almost a dozen anvils dropped on your head, you don't need crutches. What you need is funeral.

Okay--listen, Mattieshoe, I think it would really help you if you left, before I get REALLY angry, which is generally NOT the best mood one would want to catch me in. So, either apologize and leave until you can discuss something appropriate, or just suck it up and leave. That, or if you're as ticked as the rest of us are, rant and rant all you want on our chat thread--it's one of the most unpopular threads we've got. Seconteen and I are the only ones who bothered posting there (well, okay, mostly me).
Although I really don't want to escalate this fight any futher, so to explain what I think on both sides, this guy had the right to explain what he said. I'm not saying I agree with his/her opinion--if I did, I'd have no right to be here. But that's TheShoeOfMattie's opinion, and I have no right to control that. But I have suggested that he apologizes for ticking people off, because he got, like, ten thumbs-downs on the video. That, or he leaves the forum. But he does have the right to express his own opinion on his own journal, just as I have the right to express my own on any journal I have. But that really wasn't a good idea to reply here, where we're full of H! lovers. He just said that he doesn't think it funny, and I can't really have too much control over it. But...okay, enough beating around the bush. Mattie (Imma call you that, because TheShoeOfMattie is WAY too long for me to type), I think you'd find it in your best interests to leave. All the rest of you, if he leaves, we should forget this ever happened, because bringing up all these arguments is just REALLY annoying--one or two is fine, but let's not get TOO carried away.
After all, if we all had the same opinion, the world would be UBER boring. I would tell him off if he'd flamed the video, but he didn't, really. But he only expressed his opinion.
