... based on what you write here, I would wait some more years. First of all, the Bergter's handwinding movement is robustely designed and well-made. It only has basic complications (pointer calendar), but no chronograph, repeater, tourbillon or anything like that. Even if worn 24/7 under normal conditions, a movement service should not be necessary before five or six years. However, if you live in an area with high humidity and temperatures, this interval can be a lot shorter.
The change in the daily rate, too, seems to be quite normal and, IMHO, not an indication that the watch is in need of a service.
