| This may seem like a strange question but maybe someone can offer some help.
I am a man and when I run I have problems with my underwear rubbing at the top of my legs. Does anyone have any suggestions? What is the best type of underwear to run in?

I have had the same problem but i found that the Under Armor heat gear shorts work great
